Together, Giovanni and Imrul bring over twenty years of combined field and executive experience across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Fluent in nine languages, they have negotiated access with governments, de facto authorities, and armed groups; led multilateral engagements and strategic diplomacy; and guided teams and organizations through periods of conflict, reform, and renewal. SIRF was founded to support organizations that prioritize clarity, trust, and ethical leadership—especially in high-stakes, complex environments.
